Positioned on a Liverpool City Centre street often referred to as “The Harley Street of the North”, this four storey Georgian townhouse circa 1784 had recently undergone a major refurbishment, converting it from its commercial use back to residential. The historic interior was largely intact, and included the original basement kitchen, plaster mouldings & columns along with the beautiful spiral staircase with a glass domed ceiling.
Mark Gillette Interior Design were approached to undertake the decoration of the restored shell of the three bedrooms & the drawing room. All furnishings, artwork & antique furniture was sourced & shipped in the client’s absence whilst in the Middle East.
